How we work with you

Our coaching cycle is typically a year-long journey,
structured into three key phases:

Listening and
setting a foundation

We begin by getting to know you—your aspirations, your challenges, and your current leadership context. We establish where you are today and where you’d like to grow. This phase can also include interviews with your colleagues or team members and leadership assessments such as the Leadership Circle Profile, Growth Edge Interview and other diagnostic tools.

Two seaguls

One-on-one
coaching

Regular coaching sessions form the backbone of your development. In these sessions, we work together to explore your leadership challenges, practice new approaches, and integrate what you learn directly into your work. Sessions may involve:

  • Reflecting on recent experiences to gain insights and identify areas for improvement
  • Experimenting with new skills and strategies in real-life situations
  • Preparing for upcoming challenges like key meetings, difficult conversations, or decision-making moments
  • Ongoing support between sessions through check-ins, reflection exercises, or action planning

Observation
and feedback

When appropriate, your coach may observe you in action during meetings or other leadership moments. This allows us to offer feedback based on real-world interactions, giving you the opportunity to refine your skills and approach in live situations.

Throughout the coaching journey, we maintain a continuous feedback loop, making sure that the coaching experience remains dynamic, responsive, and deeply aligned with your evolving needs.
