Acile’s passion lies in cultivating heightened awareness and consciousness through her work with individuals and teams. Her coaching method focuses on guiding clients through a deeply transformational inner journey, helping them get grounded and access their inner wisdom. She creates and facilitates leadership development programs to help teams and systems thrive by creating safety, connection and addressing existing dynamics within the team.
Acile has 17 years of experience leading teams and managing businesses, with over a decade at Google leading sales teams in the US and the Middle East. She has a deep understanding of the challenges faced by leaders and teams and a passion for empowering them to thrive. She has coached clients globally across industries, including senior executives, government officials, and entrepreneurs.
Acile holds an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and studied Computer Engineering at the American University of Beirut. She is an ICF certified coach with over 500 hours of coaching [PCC]. Her training includes Co-Active Professional Coach Training and Certification [CPCC] through the Co-Active Training Institute, fundamentals of Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching [ORSC] through CRR Global, interpersonal and diversity dynamics at the Stanford Graduate School of Business, adult development theory and applications with the Leadership Circle, Mental Health First Aid training through the Lighthouse Arabia, and somatic therapy and energy healing modalities. She is deeply committed to and continuously invests in her own growth and healing journey.
She currently lives in Dubai with her husband and two young kids. When not coaching, she enjoys surfing, hiking with her family, practicing yoga, Vipassana meditation and 5Rhythms dance. She speaks English, Arabic and French fluently.
