Shweta is passionate about human potential, learning, and diversity. A purpose-driven leader, she is committed to helping leaders and leadership systems unlock and find the power within, in order to build thriving organisations. Shweta has delivered programs for teams and systems, and coached senior leaders in corporates, start-ups, and non-profit organisations (executive teams, founders, CEOs, CXOs, directors, partners) across Asia Pacific, North America, Europe and Australia.
Prior to her work as a coach and facilitator, Shweta has several years’ leadership experience across the consulting, start-up, and non-profit sectors. She was part of the Social Impact Leadership Team at BCG India, Director and part of the founding team at The Education Alliance, and a member of the core leadership team that created and scaled XSEED.
Her experience ranges from organisations starting from scratch, to large MNCs, as well as the mammoth scale of the government machinery. She has worked closely with C-suite executives on issues including strategy and post-merger integration. She has supported large-scale change efforts in corporates and the government.
On the other end of the spectrum, she has helped create and grow small organisations from scratch as part of their founding leadership team. She played a role in their strategy, business model, and organisation-building.
Through these diverse experiences, she has developed expertise in strategy, business leadership and the link with people and human potential, change management, building and leading teams and organisations, assessment and learning and development.
Shweta holds a Bachelor’s in Psychology from Delhi University, a Master’s in education from Harvard University, and an MBA from IIM Ahmedabad. She is a qualified coach with multiple credentials: a PCC credential from ICF; a certification in Deep Transformational Coaching from the Center for Transformational Coaching; and a certificate in Organisation and Relationship Systems Coaching (Fundamentals) from CRR Global.
Shweta is an avid reader and learner. She lives in Delhi in an old family home that she is slowly learning to take care of.
“Shweta is a highly aware, exceptional coach who continuously challenges you to grow yourself and walk the journey to find your purpose. My sessions with Shweta in this on-going relationship have helped me get into my flow. She has been able to streamline my skills and strengths with my immediate goals in a short span. Shweta also practices what she coaches by living her purpose relentlessly & without fear.”
